So, I am not able to charge my iPhone battery. When I turn on the phone, the battery is stuck at 2% and will not go up. I have never had this problem, I've tried to disconnect and reconnect the battery, and different cables. My iPhone is recently restored to factory settings. What should I do? Can someone please help me please!

Believe it or not, use a toothpick, and if possible compressed air can. Sometimes pocket/purse lint can wedge in the Lighting connection. Insert toothpick, sweep out, air can, repeat. The lint can actually block connectors. This is a mechanical troubleshoot, should it not work. Something else is wrong.

hmmm, I did not mension that I've just changed the charging port 1 month ago. So I do not think that will work..

Had a similar problem with my new 6s.
Phone wouldn't charge when plugged into my iMac at night, in fact, it would actually discharge.
Plugged into the wall it was fine.
Exchanged it for a new one, problem solved.
