Has anyone else noticed the 0 byte website data still exist on beta 5? I tried to clear them and they keep coming back.

Yes, I experienced the same thing. Nothing worked until I restored as new. After all the hassle, that happened again. I got so upset and went back to delete it for like 12 times and it finally went away.

Oh well, I'm starting to get used to stupid little bugs in iOS...

Even after setting up as new they come back. Private browsing has been working for me for now.

I am unable to clear website data on a 7+ running 10.3.1. If I manually delete any/all items, they come back as well. I guess it isn't a beta issue.

Much of mine clears - but several sites do not and they are from sites I don't think I actually visited.
Running production 10.3.1 on 6S
