Hi,

I've installed Windows 10 (1803 version) via Boot Camp, but I can't get any of my Bluetooth devices to work. I have a Magic Mouse (original), Magic Trackpad 2 and Magic Keyboard.

When I first booted into Windows, all the devices appeared in Settings, and messages saying something like 'Your Magic Mouse is setup'/'Your Magic Mouse is ready to use' appeared at the side. In Settings, it says the devices were both paired and connected, but they just don't work.

Following some guidance online, I unpaired them on the macOS side, rebooted, and tried to reconnect. Now, Windows only finds the Magic Mouse, but gets stuck when attempting to pair and throws an error.

I've reset the NVRAM and SMC to no avail. I've reinstalled the Boot Camp drivers, and everything is up-to-date in Windows Updater and Apple Software Update on the Windows side.

I've rebooted multiple times, tried repairing on the Mac side after reinstalling the drivers, but nothing works. I either get them saying they are connected, but not working, or Windows can't connect to them at all. The keyboard and trackpad work on Windows when plugged in via USB through the Lightning port, but not via Bluetooth.

Needless to say, all peripherals work fine on the Mac side. Running Mojave 10.14.1 on a Late 2016 13" MBP (w/ TB).

Any help much appreciated! What have I missed?

Did you download all the Windows drivers? Apple had a package of drivers you will need to download.

Yep installed everything. I ended up deleting the Windows partition and reinstalling, and now they work if you SMC reset every time you boot back into the Windows partition. As soon as you boot back into Mojave, Windows won't connect to anything Bluetooth without an SMC reset.

People having similar issues on another thread in this forum. Hope it gets fixed at some point, it's really annoying.

I installed Win10 Pro on my 2018 MBPro 15, first time I did the install and it went perfectly. I use a Logitech BT mouse. I was shocked as things like this usually do not go well for me.
