I bought a Microsoft Designer Keyboard suit (Keyboard + Mouse) 1 year ago.
I used the keyboard with El Captain and Sierra okay.
Previous problem:
1. initial pairing is very difficult. the mouse is very easy to pair, the keyboard isn't.
2. keyboard has weak up problem. you need to press the keyboard to wake it up.
Yesterday I upgraded to Mac OS high sierra, and the designer keyboard no longer works.
right after the installation, the designer keyboard is still shown in the Bluetooth menu. but the keyboard doesn't work.
then i delete the keyboard from the Bluetooth list, try to pair it again, then the pairing doesn't work.
please help, i really like this keyboard and don't want to buy another one.
my Bluetooth works fine, i have tried with my beats x and designer mouse.
my mac is 2013 retina MacBook pro 13'
