iPhone can't connect to the app store

my iPx doesn't want to connect to the app store or it takes a while. sometimes having to click retry.

is anyone else experiencing this issue? already reset network settings, rebooted the phone. nothing worked.

Lets give this a bump. I am having the same issue. App store will not load unless I have wifi enabled. Never did this before under IOS 12. Anyone know a fix fix or setting? I checked and could not find anything that would help. Using Iphone 6S+ with IOS 13.1.3 on Sprint. Safari connects fine, just not App store or Itunes Store.

1.5 months later - still an issue. only stalls on cellular. wifi it's fine.

I had this issue too. It eventually just started working again for me.

No, they just said the SIM is old and has technical restrictions...whatever that means. However, two days after speaking to them, everything is now working perfectly so I haven't bothered putting the new SIM card in. I suspect there was a network issue that they didn't tell me about and...
