I can't get the volume on my MB speakers to go as loud as I'd like. Max volume both in System Prefs/Sound and in the player is not very loud at all. I notice this in many different players including QT and when I watch online things like YouTube. Any suggestions?

The MB doesn't has very loud speakers. So don't expect too much.

What version of Tiger do you have? 10.4.9? Because before 10.4.9 the max volume was even lower.

Roco's dead right about the speakers in MBs. Also it could do with the file you're watching, especially with Youtube.

Thanks for the responses. I do have 10.4.9. I guess it is something i will have to live with!

Hmm... I did feel like the volume was a little bit lower than it use to be but I didn't know it was because of 10.4.9. I thought I was just imagining it. Any way to fix this?

What I meant to say was that AFTER 10.4.9 the max volume was higher.
