Can't create encryted USB drive

The "Mac OS Extended (Journaled, Encrypted)" option is missing in Disk Utility (Beta 6).

Only

- OS X Extended
- OS X Extended (Case-Sensitive, journaled)
- FAT
- ExFAT

are available.

Any ideas? Workarounds?

In Finder, target the drive you want to encrypt in the sidebar, right click and go down to encrypt.
