Hi,

I need some input on what to choose.

Right now I have no tablet. The one I had died 6-7 months back and I decided to wait for the new Ipad Pro to be released before deciding. I still can't.

The biggest issue is the price. Since prices varies so much from country to country, it's easier to look at % I think.

Right now the prices are

Ipad 10.5" 256gb - 6 3336 - The price is 20% down from original price due to the tablet have been used as a demo item / been out in the store for people to try. All warranties and stuff is like it's a fresh, unused one, though.

Ipad 11" 256gb - 10390 - 40% more expensive than the 10.5"

Ipad 12.9 256gb - 12 390 - 49% more expensive than the 10.5"

I don't have any accessories since my old tablet that died was a Lenovo one. I plan on buying a pen.

The tablet will be used for note taking, some gaming (old ported games like Baldurs Gate) and media consumption. I am not a professional artist, but learning to draw is something that's appealing.

I keep going back and forth between them all the time, and the moment I sort of start to lean towards one the other 2 starts to look more interesting and I am feeling I am making the wrong choice.

I am thinking the 10.5" because it's just so much more affordable. If I go out and look at my countrys version of Craigslist I can probably find a 10.5" with pen and keyboard for the same price as the discounted retail store one if I am patient. When I don't have ANY tablet right now or any old Apple accessories, buying last years seems a bit silly, though.

The new ones looks nice with the USB C port and how the keyboard and pen is attached with magnets.
And between the two I can't decide. 12.9 seems best for note taking and drawing if I decide to learn that, but the 11" seems much better when I am just going to relax in the couch or travelling.

I keep going yay or nay with the 11" all the time due to the price. I can afford the 11" but since I don't use it professionally to draw or things like that I am not sure if it's worth spending all that extra money when I can pick up a 10.5" with all the accessories for half the price used.

Help. :(

Obviously the newest ones have all the new features, the better screen and (even) faster performance, but the 10.5 is in no way a slouch. If these things don’t bother you and budget is a concern, there is nothing wrong with going 10.5, it’s still a great piece of kit.

Go to the Apple store, grab all three of them and give them a try.
