Can't delete icons

Jailbreak phone. 2.2 firmware.
I can't seem to delete any icons or app icons after I hold one down and they wiggle. I installed the 5 row and 5 column addons from Cydia but now uninstalled them thinking their spacing was the problem.
Yet when I hold down an icon til they wiggle, even the ones with an X can't be clicked to delete even a bookmark on my springboard!

Anyone??

You can only delete 3rd party JB apps via Cydia. Go to Manage Apps>Remove>Confirm... You should be good....

No, I'm able to deleteCydia apps. But I cant delete any bookmark icons created when I've "saved to homescreen" a bookmark within Safari.

Hey!!! same issue right here..
i tap any app even Apple ones, they wiggle but cant see "X" to delete them..
i thought it was cuz some packages i downloaded through cydia so i removd them so everything will b normal n' still have same issue with my phone

can anybody help me(us)?

Issue Resolved!!

Hey Guys!!
Now i know how to fix that issue on my iPhone
i was so worried abt and thought will never b able
to remove any App again but a frind gave me the answer
so here's the process..

1.- Go ahead and open Suprime Preferences
2.- then select Mobile Substrate
3.- Once you are there, will b able to see Hide Icon Lables and Prevent App Delete so go and select them, then.. select Respring!!
4.- Once you did so, will b able to see that any of you apps have their names and they still weggle without the "X" so you have to go back to Suprime Preferences, then Mobile Substrate and unselect "Hide Icon Lables and Prevent App Delete".. Go n' Respring AGAIN..

THAT'S IT, ISSUE RESOLVD!!

YOU MUST B ABLE TO SEE APPS' NAMES AND REMOVE THEM AGAIN!!!
