Here are some screenshots of the two folders (one of them looks like the iPod). How do I make them go away :mad::confused:

Folder Properties > Security > Advanced > Replace...



Actually I've only just looked up your original kb reference. Windows can't delete the folder if there is an active executable or library file running from within it. I suspect you simply need to shut down the iPod Service from the services control panel. Start > Run > Services.msc
