okay, i downloaded a program called synergy off version tracker, because i wanted to use it for album art, but it is very annoying, i deleted every file that was incorporated with it, using spote lite, but it is still there, but its not in the system prefs pane. how do i permanently delete this? the album floater thing is in the way and its starting to really piss me off.... HELP!!!

here is a pic, it is the itunes control in the top and then the floater thing as well.

According to the developer, you use the installer program and select uninstall.

http://wincent.com/a/products/synergy-classic/

Alternatively, you can have a look in ~/Library/PreferencePanes/ or in /Library/PreferencePanes to see if you missedsomething - remembering that a reboot may be required...

okay I will try the installer, but i already checked in the library, nothing..

thanks

Hopefully you'll get the uninstall to work to get rid of everything, but just incase, and maybe for the future, you can remove any icon from the menu bar by holding the command key (apple) and clicking and dragging it off.
