Resolved can't delete screenshots (developer beta 4)

anyone else seeing this? i take a screenshot, and when i go to delete it from the desktop, i get this:

if i try to delete it instantly, i get this:

EDIT: if i move them into a folder on the desktop, i CAN delete that... 🤔

and now, ever since i moved them into that folder and deleted the folder... i CAN delete screenshots. so, a glitch i guess, not a bug...

I use a utility called "TinyGrab" version 2.5.1. I have used it since 2012, and it still works The developer abandoned it in 2016. It saves screen shots as png files. I have no such issue.

so far, just happened that one time. and, again, seems fine since i deleted a folder of those screenshots. just a random moment i guess..
