Hello. A couple of days ago I got the 13 Pro and left it restoring from my backup when I went to sleep. The next day I noticed it had downloaded all the apps again except for WhatsApp Business. It was stuck for hours as if it was being downloaded, and pausing and starting again didn't do anything. I ended up removing the app so I could download it again, but now my phone refuses to download it.

If I'm logged to my account, it shows the cloud icon next to the app, but when I tap it doesn't do anything. I tried logging to a different app store account, but the same thing happened.

I also tried opening the app store logged out of all accounts, then the cloud icon is replaced by the GET button, but it doesn't do anything either.

Does anyone know how can I fix this? Restarting the phone didn't make any difference. I really need this to work as it is the way most of my customer get in contact. I'm using my previous phone for now, but I want to sell it and can't because of this issue.

Thank you!

It appears it's not your phone. I don't even use that app, but I just tried downloading it from the App Store on my 13 Pro Max, and I do get the "download ring" but it's barely progressing at all and looks like it may fail to download. Normally it only takes a few seconds to download most apps.

EDIT: I got distracted with other things after a few minutes, but I see the app DID complete installing. Checked, and it's only 103.6 MB, so it took WAY too long to download for that size. I can safely say it was over 10 minutes at least. So maybe keep trying - for some reason there seems to be an issue with it.

Also, if you haven't already tried this, try closing and reopening the App Store app itself (not just restarting the phone):

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I tried every solution imaginable to no avail. I thought maybe once they released a new version of the app it would let me download it, but yesterday there was an update and it still doesn't work.
This is probably an iOS bug and I believe the only way to get it to work again is by resetting my phone, which I'm not willing to do. I'm downloading 15.0.2 so maybe the OS update might fix the issue.
