I've futzed with this for four days now, can't figure out what the issue is. Did a search in this forum for the issue, looks like everyone was having problems downloading apps on 12 September, but that one was fixed.

I'm trying to download the Roku app. I find it in the App Store, hit "Get", and the round animated download circle shows up, for about 5 seconds. Then I get a window to use my finger ID to install the app. I touch that, and then it takes me right back to the App Store, with the "Get" button still there. I can't find the app on either of my homescreens, nor does it appear in my App Library (third swipe page). I've also done a "Search" over the whole phone, Roku doesn't appear anywhere.

I know I must be missing something really basic, but after 4 days I still can't figure it out. Any ideas? TIA.

EDIT: 2nd-gen iPhone SE, iOS 16.0.2

It doesn’t sound like you’re missing anything basic. Have your tried turning your iPhone off and on again and tried re-downloading the app?
