iPhone can't download anything in cydia

jailbreaked it last night & this is what I get for pretty much every attempt at installing anything. cydia works fine otherwise. Can someone point me in the right direction. thanks

Remove big boss repo and re-add it on the first cydia tab in more packages. You might have to remove some of the other Repos**.

seems like that worked. I ended up deleting all the sources
