iPhone Cant download apps/updates

So since feb 1st i cant download any updates or even apps, running ip6 8.1.2, had oslite8 and uninstalled due to reports of it causing this, but it didnt resolve the problem. Cant download even in safemode; running the following tweaks:

Anchor
Betterfiveicondock
Classicdock
Convopics
Flipcontrolcenter
Fullymaskedpasswords
Groovylock
Onebyonecontacts
Powertap
Scrubradio
Virtualhome 8

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

No i pay for legit releases.

No error message, the download circle will just spin but wont show any progress, after a while itll just stop trying to download.
