Can't download from app store on 3gs

My iPhone 3gs is jailbroken and unlocked

I can't download from the app store
it says get it on iTunes
and when I do that it gives me this error code

0x8000067


I've searched these forums as well as google and can't find a solition
I've restored and re jailbroken a few times

hope someone can help?

That error code won't tell us much. What does the entire error say?

And what exactly are you doing when you get this error (clicking on what/etc)?

hmm fixed it with help from someone else

it turns out
i was using mipatch when i should have been using app sync 3.0

everything works fine now.
