Cant download HD Movies from iTunes

I can't download movies from iTunes, I get a message saying:

Is it only because I am accessing the Mini through my Air using Screensharing? Is there a way to make it download?

I'm viewing it through my MacBook Air, it's connected to a Panasonic 55vt50, but I watch movies through my Apple TV.

I was able to purchase the movie on my MB Air, then once it was purchased I could download it to the Mini just fine.
