I just tried to go to my school website to download some readings from my teachers and there was no option to download. Has anyone found any they can download

I think to download files off the web (including PDFs) you need to get one of those apps that lets you organize and view files. There are a few of them in the store.

GoodReader is my favorite and one the cheaper ones. It has bookmarking, searching, remembers the last location. You can copy files to thru wifi.

You should not need any additional programs if you are trying to open it from within Safari.

Your mac still has a purpose.

Dont worry, it will be jailbroken in 3 - 4 weeks, then it actually wont suck! YAY

school work

i go to kaplan u online does any other students have same problem of courses not opening

I was in the same situation. I downloaded GoodReader and now I'm set. Its a great program and allows you to download pdfs from your pc/Mac to your iPad using wifi.

Agree good reader is a great app. Will be amazing if they upgrade it for ipad, which I assume they will...

So when you sync a file via goodreader to ipad, can you read it with the ibooks app? ie can the see the same file space?
