Hi,

I have a strange problem: I can't download OS X Yosemite from OS X Yosemite: When I go to App Store and click 'Download' I'm old, that I already have Yosemite installed, and if I want to download it anyway. I click 'continue', then the 'download' button gets greyed out (if I'm on the product page, I also see the spinner spinning indefinetely), and nothing happens.

Does this happen to anybody else?

I could download anything else in the MAS but Yosemite 10.10.2, after having updated already.

I had to do a quick TM restore back to 10.10.1. Then, I was able to download 10.10.2, so that i could make a USB installer.

I had the same issue on 10.10.1 as well - but my friend was able to download it on his system. I've done a clean install of the OS X, but am still hitting the same issue.

I can download everything else (even Yosemite beta), but not Yosemite 10.10.2..

Any ideas?

I tried ethernet and wifi with the same results. It must be some kind of Apple server glitch.

Well, it happens to me since at least 10.10.1 - and isn't happening for everyone (my friend can download it)..

Any ideas, anybody?

This is interesting - I have several machines already updated to 10.10.2 and they cannot download the 10.10.2 installer. I have another machine on 10.9 and it can download the 10.10.2 installer.

Very strange.

When I saw this title, I literally just thought of that meme.
