You mean, if it was possible to drag a window over the menu bar? Just checked… and in Ventura at least, it is not possible, unless you are crossing over to drag the window to a different display. Is this now possible in Sonoma? I have it installed on my main work machine (MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019) but haven’t noticed it yet. Interesting observation…

Yes, for example holding Coconut battery it won't go up further, I was wondering if it did before or not in Ventura. Thanks

Ah, I just checked in Sonoma as well.

AFAIK, we have never been able to drag any window over the OS X/macOS menubar. The only exception is when you drag between displays, such as when your MacBook is positioned below your external display and you drag the window up into the external display.

The menubar is apparently intended to be inviolable...

Apps aren't supposed to go below the menu bar or the Dock. If they do, they aren't coded correctly. (The only time you can utilize the Dock space is when you auto-hide it).
