iPhone Can't email photos anymore....

I can send text emails, but when I send a photo it never makes it. I also never get a failure message. Anyone seeing this?
I removed accounts and added back. Same issue.

I have xCon installed. Another odd thing about my mail is it re-downloads my entire inbox often when I go into mail.

xCon was my problem. Removed it and I can send again....Ugh!! I need that tweak.
