iPhone Can't Exit Safe Mode - Ifile Crashing

Greetings Everyone,

I appreciate all the help in advance. I currently have an Iphone 4 - Jailbroken - 5.0.1(9A405) - Verizon 11.3. I can't exit out of Safe mode i can't restore nor update the OS - I tried to rejailbreak and that did not help. I deleted Winterboard and Springboard using Ifile; after that i tried to open Ifile it keeps crashing. My Iphone is in a pretty bad shape. Can anyone please help me out?

If you enter DFU mode, you should be able to restore
