I wanted to make the signal bars for the Solstice theme all the bigger ones that are for the lock screen (even when it's unlocked) but it only had PNG files for the black images, not the white ones in the file when I modified it in iFile, so it won't change the size of the white ones (I'm not sure where they are located) if anyone can please help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

iPhone Can't figure out how to modify part of theme correctly...

Hey buddy, creator of Solstice here. Not sure if you're still having troubles, but I'll offer some advice anyway 
There's only a black version because iOS 7 blends colours onto the images, so only one (black) version is needed.
The only thing I can think of to fix your problem is to clear the status bar cache, assuming it's still there. Go to var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.UIStatusBar, delete the "images" folder and respring.
