Cant figure out Puzzle effect

iv been trying for the past 2 hrs to add a real good puzzle effect to a picutre of me and i just cant do it i have found this tutorial to help me but i cannot find the part where it says selcet in the layer palette Puzzle set (btw thats the first step) im very confused does anyone no an easier way so that i can get a really cool effect going.

hahha this is true im sorry lol, im using adobe photoshop CS2 and i have the whole suit incase i need acess to anything else

Can you show us an example of what you want to do? "Puzzle effect" is kinda vague.

The tutorial you're looking at is based on using the free jigsaw puzzle action provided on that site. Download the action, load it, run it on an image and then you can refer back to the tutorial and it will make sense.
