Can't find a good Thunderbolt 3 dock for new Macbook Pro

One of the things I was the most excited about is having one cable to charge, add a secondary display, use USB devices and SD card via a dock.

But I can't find a good docking station that does all of that... Anyone found a good Thunderbolt 3 dock? something like https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB2DOCK12P/
