MP All Models can't find administrator password

MAC OS Mojave version 10.14.6 I tried many different ways but all ask for a password. I just got a new iPhone and can't turn it on without the password.

What are you trying to do?
What are you trying to turn on ?
What does your iPhone have to do with your Mac Pro?

Found my password but still can't activate my phone; this is my 1st iPhone and my samsung is crushed. I'm not in the cloud and I'm trying to "Restore from Mac or PC" it sent me to "Connect Mac or PC with iTunes" and it has a pic usb wire connecting to a computer. When I plug in to my mac nothing happens.
