i tired from search for download catalina 10.15 & 10.14 .vmdk files in web and can't find them
how can i download catalina 10.15 or 10.14 vmdk files ?

Best way to install catalina in VirtualBox is finding or creating an High Sierra iso and upgrade to catalina.

They don’t exist because the only licensed way to get macOS is directly from Apple.
