cant find serial number but game installed on another machine

Hi everyone, so i just switched to a MBP from my old Mac Pro. I'm trying to play Battlefield 1942 on my MBP, but the game is asking for my serial number. I know that the serial number is on the back of the CD case, but I lost the case. I have BF1942 on my old computer, so:

Is there a way to get the serial number off of the old machine?

I don't know anything about this particular game, but a lot of apps will show you the registration key if you go to the registration window. Usually in the Apple menu. Can't hurt to look
