hi, i tried searching (can't find xcode) but can't find it.

I have installed leopard but i can't find xcode in the system? if i pop the cd back in, would it be on there?

thnx

I'm not use it's on the DVD, but it's always best to download the latest from developer.apple.com. A 2 GB download... Get the iPhone SDK while you're at it, as it includes everything + iPhone SDK. The normal package doesn't...

It doesn't come installed by default, but it's on the DVD install disks that come with your Mac. If you installed from a retail copy of Leopard, you have to download it.

Not so, my retail copy has it on the disk.
