Can't finish installation, stuck on "iPad Analytics", iPad Pro

Help please!
I can't finish installation, my iPad is stuck on "iPad Analytics" page during initial installation, but the link at the bottom of the page is covered with floating buttons. Can't move them, rotation is not working, can't click on the link.
And can't restore the previous version (because I can't switch off the Find my iPad function)...
Any ideas?

I have eventually gotten the springboard and Dock to crash so it went away. With various taps, rotations, sliding the notification centre etc. Annoying g as hell.
