I've been looking into this for a few days now but most searches I come up with are from more lockscreen or theme downloads.

I have several themes with their own lockscreen, they all work but I always get the same stock iphone slider instead of the theme slider. Specifically, the Typophone lockscreen, I get the time and date but the slider is not the slider I see in the screenshots.

I also have slider enhancer in settings and slide to slide to unlock killer in winterboard, trying different combinations with the themes and slider options doesn't help.

Also, I've been looking into why I don't get custom icons to work with the themes but there is a tutorial. Just wondering if that's the only way to go with icons of if there's a simpler way.

hi,
i had faced this issue when i first started jailbreaking. anyway, a thing i noted is that you have slide to unlock killer. try de-activating that, and put your current theme on top (in winterboard). what i think is happening is that your winterboard is reading the slider of a theme that is ranked higher (on top) in winterboard.
its a bit confusing to explain here in words. why dont you post a screenshot of your winterboard and maybe i can explain better by looking at that. it took me a couple of days to figure out but once u get it, its pretty straight forward.

for your icons, you'll have to go into the root directory of the theme, and paste the icon images in the respective folders, with the same format icon file name. best to google a tutorial. i used 'ifile' app to do this.

g'luck.

I think I know what you mean, I have been changing the order of my winderboard themes up and down, as well as disabling and deleting the slider killer themes and turning off slider enhancer. Still no luck.

The thing is, the themes themselves work, from the lockscreen to wallpaper and sounds, it's just the sliders that remain the same. Actually the font does change to the theme fonts, just everything else about the slider, like the bar and button which remain the same as the original apple theme.
