A client of mine pushes their email (a custom domain) through gmail which I use daily. Gmail is set up to use the custom domain settings and an alias set as default. Has worked fine for months on iPad, iPhone and MBP and MP. Then I update to 13.3 on 12/12 and no more email via iOS devices, both failed at that point, both Macs work fine.

Error message (iOS) says 'account error' with last update on 11/12. Error message pops is as attached. Any suggestions, Apple Support no help so far. I'm thinking it could be a bug as both devices failed at the same time.
