As the title says, all of a sudden I can not get my iPhone 8 to appear in my computer when I plug it into my Windows 7 PC. It's always worked before. I pull my photos off my phone on the first of every month.

I have tried different USB ports, unplugging and re-plugging the phone, resetting the PC and iPhone, resetting privacy on my iPhone, nothing seems to be working. The phone just wont appear on my PC as a device I can browse! After I reset privacy and location, I did hit Trust when it appeared after I plugged my phone back in but it didn't help.

I'm on iOS 11.3 Beta. I can't imaging that mattering but who knows at this point!

Not using the new beta, so this is just an educated guess - could the issue be the new USB security in 11.3?
From the release notes:
USB

To improve security, for a locked iOS device to communicate with USB accessories you must
either connect an accessory via lightning connector to the device while unlocked or enter your
device passcode while connected, at least once a week.

If you use iAP USB accessories over the Lightning connector (including assistive devices and
wired CarPlay) or connect to a Mac/PC, you may therefore need to periodically enter your
passcode if you have a passcode set on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
