I could move pointer from MBA to Ipad (9) with no problem for months. Then suddenly it will not work. I've tried all the Google suggestions but bottom line is that the Ipad is not recognized as a display on my MBA. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

iPad Can't get MBA to recognize my ipad (9 gen)

Ventura 13.3 IOS 16.4 So frustrating. Both on icloud, mail syncs, all display tabs green to allow pointer to move to nearby ipad. Mirroring works, moved ipad to left (usually on right side), restarted both, still nothing. Ugg. I'm so bad at tech but it worked fine for months. Thank you for any suggestions. I miss the functionality.
