Can't get my copy

Last week I bought Retina MBP and now I tryed to get my copy of ML from up-to-date program, but when I fill this form they ask for my number. Since I live in Latvia it's 7 digit number. I entered this number but it shows that I have to enter those three numbers in front as well. Since my country code is +371 I did enter 371 but it shows it's wrong. Can anyone help me?

if you bought it in Latvia make sure you on the Latvia apple site for up to date program

There is no Latvian apple site for up to date program, but using UK site worked. Thanks.
