I plan on getting the 14 Pro (128gb, dark purple), which would be $100 off with military discount. However, the mil disc is only available through the web, and “Get Ready” is only available on the app. I want to trade my 13 in and pay the balance in full on my Apple Card. Any thoughts on what would be my best bet? If I do the “get ready” now, could I then log into the military storefront via web on Friday and have that pre-pre-order ready and waiting, or is that only available to complete through the app?

I'm not certain but I think I remember what happened last year at this time. The option to Get Ready appeared a few days after the full price customers were able to place their orders. Wait a few days and keep watching.

I was able to get my orders thru on the military store last year with no issues. I do wish they would integrate it into the app. I just tried doing the ”get ready” but when I logged in via the military storefront I couldn‘t see that saved anywhere.

The other piece about buying from the Military store is AppleCare. The only option is to pay $179, and there is no monthly option. I think if I don't add from the start and add when I get it then it costs more. Not sure if there will be a monthly option. Will apple give a credit if you cancel after only a year?

Thanks
Michael
