I updated from the iOS 10 beta to the iOS 10 GM yesterday (developer profile for those curious). Since then I have an update badge stuck inside of "Settings". There isn't a badge on the actual "Settings" app, but there is one inside of it on both the "General" and the "Software Update" tabs within "Settings".

Nothing I've tried can seem to clear it. I'm definitely up-to-date on the software. Anyone have any advice?

I hate to bump an old thread but did you ever fix this? It just happened to me with 10.1...
I went from beta5 to 10.1 (14B72) as it showed up as an update so I went ahead and installed it.
so far, I've tried a clean install and restore but the badge is still there. Any ideas?

Typically if you try to check for updates and it says you're up to date, it will remove the badge. Also check usage and storage to make sure an update isn't downloaded.
