iPhone Can't get the phone out of recovery?

So here is the issue, I got the IOS7 notification on my IP4, Downloaded it, the phone rebooted but was in recovery mode for some reason. I went into Tiny Umbrella and hit exit recovery but this doesn't do anything and just adds another device to the left hand side box.

Anyone any ideas?
