I've looked high and low , talked to Apple senior advisor for 2 hours .
I can't go to iTunes store in the music app on my MBA anymore .The page is blank when I'm logged in .
Any help would be very much appreciated !
No problem on iPhone or iPad .
 
Well my search came up with someone who had the same problem and the solution was to disable Adguard so if you have Adguard or some other kind of ad blocker you could start by disabling that?
 
I did but it didn’t help.
More info , it works with my French  id ( Which I only use for iCloud ) but blocks with my US id that I use for App Store and iTunes
The problem is only with iTunes Store.
 
Copyright laws? Sometimes a senior senior adviser is needed.
Never had a problem before ! Once in awhile it opens but if I go to another tab ei albums and then back to the store the it goes back to being blank . This is crazy ! I'll call back  tomorrow , 9pm here .
 
Er, what makes an Apple ID French? Is it an email address with a domain ending in .fr? Is it a physical address associated with the credit card on file? Is it a feeling in one's throat when pronouncing th?
 
It's the address and the cc. 😂
My US  id has no cc linked , I get cards when I'm over there .
 
Update : No change whatsoever. The senior advisor was no help at all. She said it was because iTunes Store was the US one. I tried telling her that everything was working fine for years. And actually worked on iPad and iPhone perfectly. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
 
UPDATE : The issue fixed itself by its own , I haven idea why !. Good thing I didn't listen the senior advisor who wanted me to erase my computer and set it up as new .
