ok so this is weird. I have about 2500 songs on my iTunes and one of the 1st CD's I ever put into it was the last Beastie Boys album (this was when i first got my Mac so my first iTunes experience too)

well, I finally a few months ago got all my music fully organized the way I wanted with all the info and such, great :) but, I could never change the info for the Beastie Boys cd. I couldnt also but it under the ground Beastie Boys. I just couldnt change that part.

Well today, I fig. maybe it was cause I had dumped it as ACC or maybe I had done more wrong when I 1st did it. SO I deleted the songs. I put in the CD again and now it wont let me import it. Says I need to go to my Music File folder or something and something something...not even sure what it says, ill post a screen asap but any clue why I wouldnt be able to do dump it again?

I had my SW Episode 3 cd accidently dumped as ACC so I deleted and put in as MP3 no problem...does this cd have some kinda weird protection or any clues would be cool

there she blows

go in finder to your Home folder>Music>iTunes>iTunes Music>Beastie Boys(assuming you have other Beastie Boy tracks in your collection, if this file isn't present just go to your iTunes Folder) and get info. make sure it is set to Read & Write under Ownership and Permissions.
