I had to restore my phone this morning as I had a tweak (possibly Auxo) that killed my bluetooth and I couldn't get it working.

so, just finished by JB and as usual the first thing I installed was BiteSMS. I have a few other things to install, but every single one of them (Lockinfo, five icon dock, winterboard) is saing that it can't install because it has dependencies...eg libactivator, preferenceloader..I can't find these anywhere so can't install it. I don't remember having to do this last time.

anyone suggest what I've missed?

strangely, Cydia hasn't offered me any updates since I first installed it (usually there are some I'm sure) but I'm not getting any errors when trying to access libraries which suggests it's managed to access everything it needs, but now I'm stuck since I can't install dependencies, and therefore can't install any apps

ideas?

Cydia should install dependencies automatically when you install a package. That it is not and you are unable to find them by searching suggests that Cydia hasn't properly downloaded the list of available packages from the source. Since libactivator (aka Activator) and Preference Loader are both on the BigBoss repo, I would check that first. Go to Manage > Sources > BigBoss. Are any packages listed? Are Activator and Preference Loader among them?

its possible that Bigboss didn't download completely as 1 hour later, I'm able to install stuff and the dependencies are available.
