Can't install iCloud Drive.mobileconfig on Yosemite 10.10.4

Wanted to file a bug report on iCloud. However, OS X refuses to install the iCloud Drive.mobileconfig. It's always worked in the past, don't know what's wrong with it.

I got the mobileconfig file from here: https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/mac/icloud/#icloud-drive

Could somebody else try to install this and report back? Thanks!

Update:
Just tried installing it on iOS 8.4, it tells me that it is no longer valid. Will tell Apple about it in my bugreport.
