Can’t install new apps ?

It prompts for password , I enter it. It just spins and then goes back to app store screen.

Have you tried logging out iCloud, restart your phone, login to iCloud.

Restarted yes but didn’t work. , I sorted it out by going into my settings then Apple ID then clicking payments and shipping. It took a good while spinning animation after entering my password. But after this all worked normally. Must be something to do with being in another country.

How about you try to login in another phone? usually its work. i've been testing too.
