Hello Everyone!

I was updating to High Sierra, and there was an error on the installation saying that the "route" was not working.

After that I'm not able to do anything, I created a Bootable USB to install the OSX but when I try to install it it says that my Disk Is Blocked (I can't select it and it shows on gray).

What can I do to fix this without losing all my information?

Thanks!

It would help if you told us:
- what kind of Mac
- what year it was made
- what OS was on it before

When you "upgraded" to High Sierra, did you have an internal SSD that was converted to APFS?

Or, does the iMac have a platter-based hard drive or a fusion drive inside?
These would NOT be converted to APFS.

IF it had an SSD and was converted to APFS, and IF you are trying to "get back to" (low) Sierra, the APFS file system may be "getting in the way".

We need this info to be able to advise you further.

Also:
Do you have a backup?
What KIND of a backup is it?

Do you have a brick-n-mortar Apple Store anywhere close by?
Without a bootable external drive to boot from, you might need to take it to them...
