Downloaded update 5.1.1, When I try to install it I get this pop up that says:
Unable to install update, An error occurred installing iOS 5.1.1

My phone is NOT jailbroken

Appeeciate some help.

Restart the phone and try again, or just wait until you can connect your phone by USB to your computer and update through that means.

Try doing a soft reset (hold your power and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears) and then try the install again. It might also be a faulty download.

Download the firmware for your idevice.
On itunes, connect the device and shift+update and choose the file you dowbloaded.
