I believe the WMP install comes in StuffitX format. Download Stuffit Expander and you should be able to sort it out.

Stuffit should work, as croshtique kindly states. If it still isn't happening for you, then try a different browser. I know IE for Mac has some problems downloading WMP ironically.

i third the stuffit recommendation. aside from that...maybe your computer is trying to prevent you from doing something stupid...
