I have an iPhone 5s with iOS 8.1. When I listen to voicemails, I can't play them through the external speaker. The option that used to say "Speaker" says "Audio." When I choose "Audio," the word "Speaker" comes up at the bottom and it is checked. Yet the sound only comes out of the ear speaker. There is no other option to select.

My wife has the the exact same iPhone, but instead of "Audio" it says "Speaker" and she can choose the external speaker.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Thanks.

I was having this issue too--Model A1453 (iPhone 5S). Restarted phone and the "Audio" returned to "Speaker" and it works again now.
