Hi everyone- hoping someone can help!
I can't seem to load any apps inside the TV App on my Apple TV.
I've added my Cable login in the Account Settings, it recommended a bunch of apps that I downloaded and I also downloaded extra cable and entertainment apps from the standard App Store.
But when I go into the TV App, it says I need to start by going to the "Store" tab. I do this, but all I get is a loading symbol?
If I go back to the front tab within the TV App it keeps telling me to get started by going to the "Store" Tab. None of the apps I've already downloaded appear in the TV app anywhere, and it doesn't recommend any shows etc.
Any help would be great- the TV App was one of the reasons I purchased an Apple TV
