Can't make a new site in iWeb?

Im trying to make a photo site in iWeb, but I can't seem to make a new site. The little + at the bottom is grayed out, and so if File/New Site. I tried deleating the prefs, but that didn't do it. Im sure its something stupid but I don't know what.

I made a site, but deleted it. I just read that discussion. It did work with version 1.1.2, so I don't know if downgrading to 1.1.1 would help any. BTW is there a way to re-install JUST iWeb, without using Pacifist?

That should really would make no difference as I once had 4 iWeb sites.

Do you have a previous iWeb site? If so does it work correctly? If it does copy the file and work with that. Also do you have the latest version?

Apart from this the only thing I could think of is to reinstall iWeb

Thanks, I will do a fresh install since I already nuked iWeb . I didn't realize there was a customize button when installing bundled software. Thats much easier than older versions when you had to use pacifist.
